This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1600 square feet house that was painted in February & March 2021. We worked with the owner who was flipping the house from start to finish. We did the whole exterior painting with a clean white, and accented it with a subtle but bold burgundy color. The interior was all done in a cool white variant with a smooth finish. This flip was going to turn the house into a million dollar property and we had the right crew and strategy to help the owner achieve his goal. He was able to open escrow 5 days after listing and sold above asking. Since this was a flip, we always kept the owners timeline as a priority and made sure our workers were able to perform in a timely manner while going above and beyond to help the owner.
