This 12 unit - 2 story - 2 building apartment complex was painted in February 2021. We work with the property management company quite often and the owners of the building wanted the same color scheme we did for their office building. We were also tasked to replace all the fascia board and metal flashing for one of the 2 mirrored buildings due to dry rot as well as wear and tear. This was beautifully painted with a very bold color selection aiming to help the building stand out amongst the others  using a dark grey color for the main body, black trim around the building and the two front decorations, and finally a white for the doors and frames for the final touch.
